Angkor Wat is in the form of a three tiered pyramid with a rectangular base. At each level there are galleries - 8 of them on the first level. The walls are covered in bas-relief, some representing famous battle scenes from the Hindu epics Mahabarrata and Ramayana.

This corridor is the Southern half of the Eastern gallery and represents one of my favorite stories, The Churning of the Ocean Milk.
