You can eat out morning, noon and night in Yangon and never set foot inside a restaurant. Men and women set up their small stalls on the sidewalks and you can simply pull up a plastic stool and munch away or grab something to go. This woman's specialty is pig offal. She boils up kidneys, liver, heart etc. in a big hot pot and serves them on a stick with a dipping sauce. They are very popular and Joanna plans to give it a try one of these days.
