CaoDaiism is a home grown Vietnamese religion. Between 1926 and 1956 they had a standing army of 25,000 - a force to be reckoned with in Cochin China during those tumultuous years.

The army has long been disbanded. These days, colorful prayer sessions takes place 4 times daily at 6AM, noon, 6PM and midnight. Tour buses arrive just before the noon service. Tourists with cameras are welcome.
