Turkish Fast Food - Gözleme This woman has her stand in the Sunday market not far from our place. She starts with a kind of crepe, about ˝ meter in diameter. She adds a bit of cheese, or greens, or lamb, or a combination. Then she folds it up, smears it with butter, and heats it over what looks like a large hub-cap until it's just about too hot to handle.
