Billboard of the Month

I could make neither heads nor tails of this billboard until I realized it was put up right beside a small military airstrip.

It exhorts passers-by to keep the area clean so that vultures and other carrion-eating birds will not interfere with the comings and goings of aircraft. You gotta love the toupee!
