The sun never sets on the game of cricket. Not being British, I have no idea how to play. Words like "wickets", "centuries" and "overs" mean nothing to me. It seems to be similar, in some ways, to baseball -- although, for one thing, your typical cricket pitch takes up much less space than an American ballpark.

These kids (and grownups) are playing in Oval Maidan - the "Central Park" of Bombay - but you can see people everywhere in India whacking sticks into the ground and beginning a game. The most hotly contested professional series is between India and rival Pakistan. This past year, India won.
