This woman carries her business on her shoulder. In her baskets are food, drink, bowls, plates, cups, chopsticks, burners, seats and whatever else she needs for her 'restaurant'.

She sets up shop along a street during lunch hour, serves her "special" of the day and when it's all gone she packs up and goes home to prepare tomorrow's meal.

The man in the background sells magazines. The Vietnamese are an amazingly industrious people - which may be why they are second only to China in economic growth in the world.
