I like to drive, but I thank Buddha every morning I don't have to drive here in Yangon.

It doesn't matter what vehicle you're in, nor where you're going, nor what time of day, nor the weather - you will be spending a lot of time stuck in traffic. And as kind, considerate and courteous as the Burmese are on foot - behind the wheel they won't give an inch.

Vendors take advantage of this and hawk newspapers, cigarettes, snacks, bottled water, calendars, pamphlets and more.
