Another tradition on December 12 is corn on the cob. And the vendors were out in force in front of the Church. You take a corn and put a stick in one end so it's easier to handle. Then you smear it with mayonnaise, sprinkle it with grated cheese and chile peppers and top it off with a squeeze of lime. Delicious.
