In Italy the tradition is a big fish dinner on Christmas Eve. Joanna and I try to keep that going wherever we are. It's easy here in Campeche. The fish market is bristling with all kinds of seafood. I won't go into too much detail now, I'll save that for Joanna's blog which should be starting up soon.
