| All of SE Asia is undergoing a frighteningly paced building boom. Older buildings are razed and high rise towers sprout up everywhere. I'm sure there's a master plan collecting dust in some government ministry office, but the unfortunate truth is, if you know the right person to pay off you can get away with anything. This puts more strain on the already overcrowded roadways and fragile mass transit systems. |  |
