We arrived back home to Italy in early June - just in time to catch the last days of the olive blossoms. If all the tiny flowers that we now see on our trees actually become olives, this year's will be a bumper crop. But weather between now and November when the harvest begins will determine how many of these beauties fulfill their promise.
