On page 169 of the Indian Railway Southern Zone Timetable, this is listed simply as Passenger Train #661 from Udagamandalam to Mettupalayam. There is no indication that this is one of the few narrow gauge, coal-burning, steam-powered trains left in the world.

And being merely a book of arrivals and departures it cannot hope to comment on the staggeringly beautiful landscape you'll pass while traversing 46 km through the Nilgiri Mountains of Tamil Nadu.
