I can finally say that I've finished both epics, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. (Albeit the "Reader's Digest" versions -- each one is otherwise thousands of pages long!)

The Keshava Temple carvings include scenes from both, and I believe this to be the climactic chariot battle between Karna of the Kausavas (the bad guys) and Arjuna of the Pandavas (the good guys).
