Our hosts in Vietnam, Lori and Chris, came to visit us in India and, among other things, we took them for an overnight ride through the backwaters of Kerala in a houseboat.

There are hundreds of these boats, and at times it feels like rush hour on the water. But the food is great and the scenery delightful.
